Always been a fan of this watch because of my interest in space, from what I have read elsewhere (in one of my many watch books) it is indeed the first first auto chronograph in space! Hard to believe it's nearly 40 years old, apart from the strap looking dated it's a very good looking watch even for todays standards. Nice post.
